Vitalik Buterin is an early Bitcoin supporter. He wrote articles for a Bitcoin blog paying him 5 Bitcoin an article (about $3.50 at the time.) When the blog shut down he co-founded and was a leading writer for Bitcoin Magazine, and contributed articles to Bitcoin Weekly.
In 2011 Bitcoin Magazine's print edition became referred to as the first serious cryptocurreny publication.
Co-creator and inventor of Ethereum. Vitalik argued that Bitcoin needed a scripting language for application development.
Failing to gain agreement with the Bitcoin community he is credited with giving the world Ethereum.
